Ursus specialised in tractors, agricultural machines and trailers, and also made trolleybuses, buses and electric passenger cars and pellet and biomass production lines. It had works in Dobre Miasto and Lublin, was listed on the Warsaw stock exchange from December 2007 to October 2022 and entered restructuring on 17 November 2020.
