History of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta
The platform of the Giulietta is the Fiat Group’s Compact platform, the successor of the C-platform used by the Fiat Stilo, Fiat Bravo and Lancia Delta. It is practically an all-new modular platform: only the central front part comes from the previous C-platform, and that part is also modified. Fiat Group spent around 100 million euros developing it. In 2020 Alfa Romeo announced that it would axe the Giulietta.

English Wikipedia lists the steel content of the body: 84 % high-strength and ultra-high-strength hot-forged steels, 7 % hot-formed steels, 3.7 % aluminium, 2.3 % xenoy polymer and 3 % low-carbon mild steels.
Design and features

- Wheels: 16-, 17- or 18-inch wheels depending on the market and trim, with a 5-hole pattern on a 110 mm bolt circle.
