In terms of Frankfurt International Motor Show British Company Jaguar carried out the world premiere of its “firstborn” model in the class of crossovers and SUVs under the name F-Pace.
Serial version of the car is interesting not only for its audacious appearance and luxurious interior, but also for the implemented modern technology and its high-tech equipment. Jaguar F-Pace fascinates with its beauty, expressiveness and dynamism.
F-Pace interior combines high luxury with bold sporty style, fashion trends and expensive finishing materials. Multifunctional steering wheel, digital “shield” of devices with 12.3-inch “display”, pretty and presentable front panel – every detail of the decoration underscores the status of a premium crossover.
By default, the car is equipped with comfortable chairs with advanced side bolsters and electric adjustment. Top versions might have sport seats with more tenacious outlines. Back row seats with adjustable backrest are able to comfortably accommodate three adult passengers – the reserve knee space is 945 mm.
The volume of Jaguar F-Pace proper shape luggage compartment counts 508 liters with a reduced size spare wheel in a raised floor. Second-row seats folds in a configuration of 40:20:40, forming a wide opening for large luggage and 1598 liters of useful capacity.
The share of aluminum components in the the body structure is 80%, so the weight of the equipped crossover based on the version varies from 1665 up to 1861 kg – this is less than the “classmates”.
Jaguar F-Pace has independent suspension brackets – front two-link and rear multi-link with an intermediate lever (Integral Link) and ventilated disc brakes working in coordination with modern electronic aids (ABS, ESP, BAS, etc.).
The novelty will be available in six variations of equipment – Pure, Prestige, Portfolio, R-Sport, S and First Edition. The simplest version “flaunts” with front airbags, side airbags, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, bi-xenon head optics, two-zone “climate”, multimedia center with 8-inch screen, premium audio system and many others.
The list of options of British SUV includes multimedia panel with 10.2-inch digital dashboard, stereo cameras detecting the presence of pedestrians, automatic parking, laser projection display and its unique “chip” will be a waterproof «Activity Key» key-bracelet providing the driver with a keyless access.
