History of the Renault Midlum
A distribution truck
The Midlum was launched in 2000 to cover the 7.5 to 19-tonne class, aimed at urban distribution and local services rather than long-haul work. The range was revised in 2006 with new five- and seven-litre engines, and by 2010 the 100,000th Midlum had been built.

Outside Europe
In South America the Midlum 300 DXI for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay is manufactured by the Uruguayan company Nordex S.A., which also assembled other Renault commercial vehicles.
The end
The Midlum was replaced by the Renault Trucks D range in 2013.
